"Jim and the crew he brought to our house were fantastic and I will use this company for all of my future painting projects. We received email confirmation of appointments, and they showed up at 7am as I requested so that I could talk through the project with them before leaving for work. Jim did the original estimate, then came out with his crew leader the day they were starting the work to talk through the project with him and introduce us. The original project was to repair and repaint a ceiling that had suffered water damage from an ice dam. I added touch-ups of the interior paint throughout the house, and they ended up painting a whole bathroom for me because it made more sense than just touching up those walls. I kept finding new areas to touch-up and pointing them out to the crew leader, and he happily took care of all of them. The crew was friendly, respectful of my home and my family (including keeping quiet while my daughter napped), and extremely clean. They left no mess whatsoever, and the work was all perfect. I have extremely high standards and usually find myself disappointed by contractors. Not here! These guys truly are the best."
