I explained to Anthony what services were requested and discussed quote recd ( including discount) for services from office. Anthony assessed fireplace and explained what needed to be done and then he went up on roof. Anthony explained about issues with chimney stack and he shared pictures which were very helpful for me to see what needed to be done. I requested photos of before and after work done on chimney stack be sent to me, Anthony said they would be sent. I'm very pleased with Anthony's communication about recommendations for fireplace and chimney and for his work done on the chimney. I am very pleased with Brandon's work on the interior fireplace. "Robert returned my original call the same day within an hour and came out to assess the problem later that very same day.  He took a walk around the entire house and pointed out several possible problems and suggested several ways to go about resolving the problems on my own and even suggested materials that could be used to do so.  He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and even pointed out a problem that I didn't even know existed on my fireplace chimney.  He set up a time to commence the work on repairing the crack in the masonry wall and arrived on time to start the work.  I was kept well informed of his progress on the job and he made sure that I was satisfied with the work that he had done before leaving and he made sure that everything was cleaned up.  I felt that his price was very reasonable and I also made arrangements for him to come back and repair the two cracks that I have in the foundation of the house.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of masonry work performed.  It is refreshing to find someone who is so conscientious and hard working.
