"Gary Milligan, Atlas Restoration, took the time (almost 2 hours) to try to figure out where water was entering in the bathroom: running a hose outside at various locations. In addition to drain tiles, Atlas installed drains in two window wells which had been clogged with dirt. Three foundation cracks were repaired. The men arrived promptly and, with all the construction debris and dust, did a great job cleaning up. A month later, after a heavy rain, I found a damp area about a foot away from one of the repaired foundation cracks. I called and the men arrived within a day or two and took care of the problem, no charge."

"Very professional from start to finish. We have an older home that has partial cinder block foundation. They were able to seal the problem areas and with recent heavy rainfalls, all dry! "We have lived in our house for 10 years. Right after we moved in there was water in the crawlspace and we hired Permaseal to do drain tile. We've had no water issues for 10 years. This year we finally decided to do something about the settling in the addition and again hired Permaseal to install piers around the foundation (interior and exterior). Hugo M. and his team did an outstanding job, working through some very cold days, installing everything as planned and at each moment stopping to show us the work and the progress. The work required going through the drain tile on the interior pier locations and the team reinstalled the drain tile system before pouring the final concrete. The work was really well done and everything was left clean and picked up, which is remarkable considering the scope of the work."

"It went quite well. The only reason I downgraded their overall rating from an A to a B was because I wasn't aware they would use a small bobcat that ripped up a small portion of my lawn in the back deck area. Aside from that everything was excellent. They did quality work all around. Solid foundation, at least 4" thick concrete, and great finishing work. Hector has been in business a long time, knows what he is doing, and he and his crew are easy to work with. The finished product is outstanding!"
