"My experience with 83 Masonry was EXCELLENT! We hired them to tuck-point and partially rebuild our two chimneys. They started the project on time and showed up everyday ahead of time. We have new roof and AC, so before they started any work, they have protected the roof and build protection canopy over the AC to make sure nothing would get damaged. Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and safe. Not only were the chimneys fixed, they improved the look of the house. This year we finally decided to do something about the settling in the addition and again hired Permaseal to install piers around the foundation (interior and exterior). The work required going through the drain tile on the interior pier locations and the team reinstalled the drain tile system before pouring the final concrete. Aside from that everything was excellent. They did quality work all around. Solid foundation, at least 4" thick concrete, and great finishing work. Hector has been in business a long time, knows what he is doing, and he and his crew are easy to work with. The finished product is outstanding!"
