"After the deposit was paid, the pro became slow to respond to our questions. There were a number of delays to the project. To be fair, this was during the summer of 2021 and most contractors seemed to be experiencing delays. We ultimately asked for our deposit to be returned. They seem to do good work. "BEWARE of this company!!! Everything started out great, the staff was initially incredibly responsive and came out for an estimate. Their estimate was reasonable and competitive to a 2nd bid I had received, and I was offered a $500 discount and a commitment that the work would be done in 1.5 days if I signed the contract in 24 hours. I went ahead and signed the estimate. That is when the problems started.... The project manager (Moses) was completely non-responsive as to when the work would be completed. They were provided access to my home, yet never contacted me to let me know when they would arrive or when work would be completed. 3 weeks later, I still did not have a response on work completion and Moses stopped answering my messages and would not answer my calls. Finally, after calling the office (which is always closed and has an outdated voicemail response that hasn't been updated since Oct. 3rd) , I received a call from the technician. He tells me that work is complete, and that he'll be doing a walk through in a few days. Today, he calls to tell me he is there , but he doesn't know where the main gas line is and he can't figure out how to get gas to the fireplace. Ok, interesting... I call my gas company because we have working hot water and have been paying our gas bill and they tell me gas is entering the home. I tell this to technician, who tells me, well, that's too bad, they don't know what the problem is and that is my problem to solve, the work is complete on their end. How is work complete, if you have hooked up a gas fireplace , but can't figure out how to get gas to it? Isn't this something you would confirm BEFORE doing work? I can't get in touch with anyone in charge at the office and I am honestly shocked that anyone could have had a positive experience with this company."

"CRACKS, CRACKS CRACKS !!!My brand new ten month old driveway from Total Paving is a bunch of CRACKS!!! The cracks are growing longer and wider and new ones are forming all over my driveway- down the center of the whole driveway, along the sides and in between. The owner of Total paving George Lozada even noted on an invoice that “a notable amount of cracking , which is not typical for a year old driveway , has become an issue that may not be resolved by typical repair methods”However, he would not redo the driveway which is under WARRANTY unless I hired a soil Expert and agreed to pay for the dig up of the old driveway undercutting and new asphalt which was going to be the case as asking for a driveway without cracks was opening a can of worms . I already paid 11,589 and am not going pay for a redo .The Total Paving says they Guarantee an esthetically complete driveway that shows off its quality through its beauty”- that is Not my Cracked driveway! Total Paving website states “our commitment to you is to provide a strong and durable pavement that us functional , reliable for years to come “ - that is Not my Cracked driveway.Total Paving website states “the proper steps are taken to install a driveway that lasts “-that us not my Cracked driveway! Whether it was improper base,( which I have pictures when they widened my driveway on the cracked side they never added any rocks or base the day of installation)wet base, the asphalt material or installation workmanship something went wrong that day and my driveway from Total Paving is horribly Cracked!"
