"Juan was recommended to us by neighbors in an area Facebook group. He came out and gave a very reasonable quote. Our biggest issue was prickly weeds everywhere in our backyard, so much that our toddler couldn't safely play. In addition, we wanted overgrowth cleaned up and Juan suggested we add some mulching. We agreed. When trying to schedule, he tried changing the plan from a 1 time job to a 3 part job for 3x the cost. After a bit of back and forth, we went with the first estimate. When he finished it looked great. We watered every day, per hours instructions. A few days after, I checked under the mulch and found he didn't lay the garden fabric as was included in the contract. I contacted him and he brushed it off a bit and said it wasn't necessary. Eventually said he'd come back and redo the weed treatment as compensation for not doing the fabric, which we agreed to. He never came. No fewer than 3 times he said he'd come and didn't. Now he won't respond to any communication. "

What I loved about them is their eye for detail and also not get frustrated with their work. If it was meant to be completed they did it. No 50% work.. full 100% commitment. "Donâ t waste your time and money on Greener Living. I had been a fairly happy Greener Living customer for just over two years. Early on there were issues - they were annoying but manageable. Over time, the frequency and intensity of the issues became unbearable. The Greener Living technicians and management failed to provide the â professionalâ part of a â paid professional service.â I began documenting and itemizing the issues. Here is what I saw: 1) Technicians failing to read gate codes from my account "notes" resulting in skipped/delayed services 2) Technicians not adequately using enough product on service 3) Technicians damaging sprinkler heads - two years in a row - with the aerator, despite me having flagged them with bright yellow flags 4) Too many pushy "sales" phone calls 5) Technicians using the wrong products and staining my property For all of these issues, I had to reach out and insist that some resolution be provided - it was not the default response. I eventually started communicating directly with Brian Mason (Owner & General Manager per his email signature). I gave them a couple opportunities to make it right and they failed. I eventually asked for a refund. Brian sent an email saying the refund would be processed and sent his apologies. The trouble is, at the time of writing this, it has been 19 days since â processingâ that refund and despite attempting to contact them twice since then there has been no refund. Stay away from Greener Living - they donâ t care about you, your property, or your business. They just want your money."

"Hires them to install outdoor lights and they cut the electrical lines for my septic tank. As I write this review, I have sewage flooding my basement and Dan Askelson says no one can come repair their error for two weeks. Terrible installation and even worse customer service."
