They took time to explain what needed to be done, coordinated with different contractors (plumbing, electrical), and were able to complete our project on time while we were out of town for just a week(!!). "After living in an aging home for years I finally decided to take the plunge and build a new bedroom suite over my existing living room. Brian and Home Install Professionals were very helpful from day one, giving me a sense of the upcoming budget and process etc.. I was really impressed with the whole design system he has in place. I always felt that he was keeping an eye on my final budget so I could make selection that worked in my price range. The addition took about 4 months to complete and it was stressful to have my home under construction for that long! But it was really worth it, the finished product is exactly how I imagined it. Brian was able to complete all my punch list items on time and we ended up only slightly over our initial budget."

"Painting was not completed as desired. Many incomplete areas with paint splashes and spills on floor (the latter was cleaned up by their cleaning crew when I complained). Painter was let go and several others were asked to complete the work but none did a great job and still many areas not completed. I stopped the process and will finish it myself.
