I have been in business since 1979 - I feel that my personal contact with the client helps ease their possible anxiety as to "who" will actually be doing the work - If it's Carpentry related it is always Me and "My Personal Crew" (no subcontracts that I'm not directly affliated with) and any other Builder Services-are my long time - SubContractors that I am proud to be asssociated with.

"Thank you for your referral"
"We have not done any work for and a client with his name, or job location. Please remove review"
I am a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Illinois and Wayne was recommended to me by several contacts that I have in the business. After checking out his references and a few jobs that he had done, we sat down and developed a plan for the work that I needed done to my home and he came up with a quote and schedule for the work.
After I had an architect draw up the plans, Wayne and Erick handled the permitting process, material ordering and handling and set to work. Throughout the project, they were very punctual and always kept me in the loop regarding the work being done. They also were able to adapt the project to unforeseen issues that came up (i.e. the repair of rotted framing, sheathing, structural members) and handled these issues seamlessly with my approval.
"Member Thank you for your kind words - it was a privilege working for you, and you are why we enjoy our job - the opportunity to meet and interact with people like you, and to know that we fulfilled your expectations."
"Thank you - it was a pleasure working with you, and I'm glad that you were satisfied. Good Luck in your "new" home."
