I'd already tried a fix I'd found the internet but the problem returned after several more loads about a week later. I described the problem to Don over the phone and he knew right away what part would need to be replaced. Since I'd already delved into the issue myself, he suggested that I simply order the part and replace it myself since it was apparently easy to replace. He explained that his standard charge for a visit would be $149.50 and the part itself could cost about $100-200, so replacing it myself could save me about half the total cost of the repair. He even directed me to the site from which I could order it (and I found they even have a pick-up location in Arlington Heights!). It's rare to find someone that honest and helpful! I only wish I'd found Lakeside years ago!"
