"I bought an 8 unit building back in 2022. In 2023, I contracted with Don to install washers and dryers in each of the units. This was not a mere installation task. It involved plumbing and venting, etc. HUGE value add to the building. We also needed to lift and stabilize a kitchen floor that had been sinking toward one side. Quite a complicated task but it turned out beautifully and I have not had a problem since. Finally, Don completely renovated a unit including new kitchen and bath - turned out magnificent. And everything was done on time and even on a relatively tight budget. The subcontractors Don has working with him were excellent. The plumber, electrician, carpenter, and HVAC techs were all top notch. This is the hallmark of a GC who has been in the business a long time. I am currently looking for another rental property of similar condition (fixer-upper) and will undoubtedly use Don and his crew - wouldn't even consider using anyone else."

Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily).
