Fantastic!! Mike and his team were prompt, professional and SO FAST! They built our 12x12 gazebo in just under 3 hours. This would have taken us a week to do and would have not probably been done right. I was really really impressed with their work and how quickly they were able to complete our project. I highly recommend!!!

Mike and Matt came and did the job very professionally, siting the playset and leaving the area clean. They even did it in 90° heat, but still only took about 2 hours! They let us know about the recommended safety margins, and we went with their recommendations (as well as the manual, which you should read.) Overall very professionally done, and I would highly recommend them to others.

Called on Monday to get a quote on playground setup cost. Mike returned my call within 30 minutes. Setup for him to come out on Wednesday. He called Tuesday night to confirm and was out perfectly on time Wednesday at noon. Playset was completed in just over 2 hours. Fantastic job!!! He was very polite and informative. We discussed location and set up of the equipment before he began. Before anchoring he again made sure I was happy with placement. Will definitely refer him to anyone else I know!

I called to inquire about the price to move a used playset I was considering purchasing.  Mike was very responsive, returned my call the same day and answered any questions I had.  He even told me what to look for prior to purchasing a used playset before I'd even committed to using his services.

I decided to use their service, committed to him Thursday evening (6/11).  The move was scheduled for the following Tuesday.  Mike and his co-worker (Matt?) were very professional and personable.  They disassembled the playset, moved it to my home, and had it set it up within 3 hours total.  They were very friendly with my daughter, and let her try it out before they left to make sure everything was up to her standards (and mine, of course).

I definitely recommend Pro Assembly.  Mike told me he's been moving playsets for 22 years.  He and all of his staff were friendly and very accommodating.  Completely opposite from the people I spoke with at Rainbow when inquiring about their relocation services.  Rainbow's price to relocate the set was almost twice as well.

If there was a rating higher than A, I would surely give it to Pro Assembly!!  If you have any doubts, forget them.  The guys at Pro Assembly are the top notch!!!

Excellent work.  They were on time and pleasant.  The swing set went up in 2 ish hours (would have taken me at least 2 full weekends) and the kids loved it.  They cleaned everything up and left the boxes etc. by the curb for garbage pick up.  We were really happy with the work.  They put up all of the swing sets for the Costco stores in the Chicago area.

I contacted them.  They responded and we set a date.  I called worried about the rain, but it didn't turn out to be an issue.  All went smoothly.

Mike and his team were great, they moved a large Rainbow swingset to my neighbors.  From the second I talked to Mike on the phone, I knew he was very knowledgeable and gave us great things to consider before the move.    They called the night before, showed up on time, and moved/setup the swings without a hitch.  Super friendly even had the kids take a test run once the swings was setup.  Would highly recommend and I plan to use again as I'm moving home and need a pool table setup.

Very professional throughout the process - from estimate through receiving a thank you note after the service was completed.  For us, it was well worth the money to have people with lots of experience taking apart a swing set in a few hours rather than my wife and I spending an entire weekend trying to finish around our little one's nap schedule.  When finished, the pieces were put on on the curb in a pile that allowed it to be picked up on a single trash day.

After reviewing several companies, we decided to go with Pro Assembly to set up our backyard swing set. 
From start to finish, Mike and his team were super courteous and professional.  They were on time, informative, and
efficient.  Mike and his partner completed the playground set in just a few hours and brought years of great joy to our
two sons.

They were quick and efficient, completing the job in just 2-1/2 hours, where it would have taken my husband and I a weekend and countless hours of marriage counseling if we tried to assemble. Job came in on budget, Cory was very professional and easy to work with. Would hire again.

I left a message, the next day I called again and did get someone. There was a question as to whether they would be willing to come out to St.Charles. The person answering the phone had the owner call me back. The owner was courteous, professional and informative. While there was an additional travel fee of $75.00, I decided to go with them. An appointment was arranged for the following week.
The two gentlemen who work for the company were very prompt and were very thoughtful about placing the playset just so and were also clear in their communication as to why the spot chosen was the best location.
It probably only took them 2-2.5 hours to complete a job that would have been impossible for me to handle. Well worth it!

The guys arrived on time and immediately discussed where we would like the playground to be setup. They explained that the playground needed to be setup on reasonably level ground, so after some negotiation with my wife (she had an image in her head where she thought the playground should be set) a location in the back garden was agreed upon. The guys the then proceeded to setup the playground, which took them about 3hrs. I would use them again if we ever needed to move or setup a new playground.

Outstanding. They arrived early, got the work done ahead of time - and did a great job. The set is terrific, they placed it in the perfect location, explained everything they did quite well, and left the area spotless. I highly recommend Pro-Assembly.

Very good. Mike was extremely helpful over the phone before I booked. It is the busy season so I had to wait for a week or two but they were prompt, professional, focused on getting the playset done. It took 4 hours but I am sure it would have taken my husband and I a lot longer. Our contractor offered a couple of his guys at a lower price but I'm glad we went with ProAssembly. I feel more confident that this was done right b/c they do this all day long. It was a little pricey but I would definitely recommend.

We ordered a Gorilla Playset from Costco. It was listed as do it
yourself but the reviews all said it took over 10 hours with two people
if you were not experienced at this type of project My husband is handy
but the money spent on this project with Pro Asembly and Set-Up was
well worth the money. The company is very professional. I got a call
back the same day I left a message. (It was a Sunday, so I was extra
impressed.) They price they quoted was better than another company, so I
was pleased with that, of course. They were prompt, courteous and
efficient. It took under three hours! They even used better, stronger
stakes than the ones provided on their own to make the playset as safe
as possible. I would highly recommend this company!

Wonderful! They were on time, fast, and did high quality work. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I couldn't ask for anything more from this company -- they met or exceeded all of my expectations.

Mike Harris arrived on time and made sure to ask the questions needed to understand exactly how we wanted the playset put up. He setup the equipment by himself and was very thorough. If he encountered an issue, he made sure to ask me how I wanted to handle it and made suggestions. For example, we had a slight slope to our yard and he suggested turning the set around to make it more secure. I was really impressed by his work and I would high recommend him to anyone. In addition to that, the person in the office that I worked with to arrange the work was very helpful and willing to work on my changing timeline. Overall a great experience.

PRO-ASSEMBLY WAS HIRED TO MOVE AND RE-CLOTH A POOL TABLE. THIS COMPANY MOVES AND REASSEMBLES MANY THINGS. INDOORS and OUT THEY WERE CARELESS, AND DAMAGED THE RAILS OF MY TABLE, AND DIDN'T HAVE THE MEANS OR SKILL TO REPAIR IT. AT FIRST THEY DIDN'T WANT TO ADMIT TO DAMAGING IT. I DID NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT, BUT NOW HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO HAVE THE TABLE REPAIRED.
