"He was prompt and professional. I have been trying to rid my home of the sewer smell for years. I have had several contracters do work that was supposed to fix the problem, but the smell always returned. Chris came in with a camera and showed me exactly what the problem was. Unfortunately, I had paid a previous contractor to do a job, but it was not done correctly. It is basically redoing the other contractors work but, Chris quoted me a reasonable price to finally fix this problem."

This was an $89 big deal purchase. They did fine. It took them a little while to believe me that the toilet was really not working. He just kept throwing toilet paper down there saying it was working fine but I said to just wait and it would not work so he finally was able to fix it.
