"My only complaint about 5 Star is the fact that they don't do anything else house rehab related other than their specialty.They are the only contractors that I have hired in 9+ years that said what they were going to do before the project started , delivered on time in a very professional manner with a minimum of disruption and dealing with a host of other things that necessitated repairing when the old driveway was removed that I had no idea was needed nor was prepared to fix. They worked with me along the way patiently while we had electrical work, brick masonary work, and landscaping , AC work . Some of whom were professionals found and recommended by 5 Star . "I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."
