The "B" grade for responsiveness was more a communication issue with the office. When scheduling the appointment, I was given a window of 8-9am. I had requested that someone comes after 8:30 so I can get my kids on the school bus. I was assured that would not be a problem but I don't think that message was passed on to Gary, who came at 8:05 when I was walking out with my kids. Also it seemed like I should have gotten an email confirming details prior to the appointment day, which I didn't receive. Besides these glitches in communication, everything worked out smoothly and I would consider using Handyman Pros again."
