"The work went very well, nice to work with, the shutters were great, it looks perfect on my windows."

"I am writing a follow up review, because I was really pleased with the plantation shutter that John customized for my oversized kitchen window, He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the shutters and made sure the design was exactly what I wanted. I know that I would not have been able to get this design from another place. It is so unique"

"We were happy to find a company that still does shutters."

"Miguel and Chuckie worked efficiently to remove old shutters and trim wood around 8 windows. 16 shutters and trim were installed. Nice job Miguel!"

"I HIGHLY recommend Donna and Web Decors. Before we selected Donna we had received a quote from another company as well as pricing things on the internet that would require self-installation. Donna was the first pro that we heard from and she should have been the LAST!!! We received the quote from the other company and the price they quoted us for two rooms was more than Web Decors quoted us for our entire first floor. I could not believe that there would be such a huge price difference in two different companies. Not only was the price for two rooms through a competitor more than all the work that Donna did but the other company did not quote us the wood shutters which were the most expensive part of this project. Donna is very good about communication and getting back to you very quickly on any questions that you might have. Her and her installer Brad are both professional and will let you know if there will be a delay. We were told that the install would be hopefully completed by Christmas and it was. We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the window treatments that Donna helped us pick out and that Brad expertly installed. Our house is 100 years old and we were a bit concerned that the wood shutters would look natural as extensions had to be used to get around the windows. It looks as though these were a part of the original house. We have had guests over who remarked on how beautiful the treatments look and how natural they fit into the room. It is common to get more than one estimate for a project but do yourself a favor. Get an estimate or two from a competitor and then call Donna at Web Decors and see what her prices will be. I am pretty sure that you will be pleasantly surprised by her pricing and I can guarantee that you will be happy with the finished project."

"Needed custom blinds installed on two bedroom windows, and the job was completed right on time and turned out perfect. We will use 3 Day Blinds for all of our future window projects. Process was easy-peasy from start to finish."

"I hired Jim to install 4 small windows with drapery rods and curtains he hung backwards. And I had to ask him to rehang them correctly. Then he hung my tv Mount not directly in the middle of the wall but more to the right side. Then joked about dating me. Also I told him I was uncomfortable going without drapes for a month when cars pass here randomly he laughed and said â  nobodyâ  s going to take you. Look whoâ  s talking pretty much around the same age and he looks 65 and he has the nerve to say that to me. So today I ordered a couple of panels to add to the drapery he did hang. I messaged him and said since you quoted me 150- 200 for 3 hours work. He said I under quoted, and said I shouldâ  ve charged more for counseling because I literally asked two questions of him.. I will not use him again."

"It is a pleasure to write a very positive review of the work done for me by Darko from Handyman Pros, based in Mundelein, IL. I engaged Handyman Pros to do 3 home maintenance jobs: repairing the attachment of some faux window shutters to the brickwork on the front of my house, repairing the portico around the front door, and repairing and repainting some partially rotted basement windows. Darko has an excellent knowledge of the way houses are constructed and how to repair them, as well as the wide variety of modern glues, caulks, paints and so forth that can be used to effect these repairs. He is also very personable and works hard. He has excellent carpentry and painting skills. On the last job, he put in a solid 12 hour day from 8 am to 8 pm to get the work completed in one day. Handyman Pros is an excellent resource for the homeowner. Highly recommended."

"We have not had our window treatments installed yet, however Dawn has been very helpful in answering our questions and guiding us on what to choose for our windows. She went above and beyond to make sure she was present during our shutter measurement appt with Andy. I can't say enough positive things about her and your company so far. We can't wait until our window treatments are installed!!"
