"When TJ and his crew showed up at 8:05am they went straight to work! When my family and I walked out 20 minutes later they already had two windows out and the replacements being put in. When I came home at 11:30am to walk my dog, they were done inside and were finishing the outside. When I returned at 12:30 pm they were on the last window outside and finishing the clean up. They replaced 20 windows, including the basement, in less then 5 hours. They didn't leave anything behind and they did a great job!
If I ever know anyone who needs new windows I will definitely be recommending window world to them.

From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
