DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Owner will try to state that these are from the before. I will post the time stamps to show these photos are 1000% from after. Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expected. The list could go on and on.
