I took them around the property to show them the windows I wanted done and there was dog poop in my yard. I told them I would pick it up asap. They offered to do it but I didn't let them. I couldn't believe they offered to do it. Thats some great customer service. I had to go and left a check for them with my son, but they worked with me on a last-minute addition and when I returned, the job was well done and as I expected. My son stood on it and it was very strong. These egress window well covers will help protect my window ell from filling up with water during rain and hail storms. I highly recommend this company. I will be calling them back to do one more window well in the future."
