"Had a flooding basement and Collins sent out Blake and Adam right away and they did a really great job getting the drains unclogged and running a camera through and taking the time to show me the condition of the whole drain pipe. Really professional and lowest price of all the bids I received, definitely recommend!"

"Came, fixed the clog, left."

"I have never had more courteous and kind service from Cody and Carl, and even from Chris on the phone, which was just the beginning. They were totally thorough, addressed every need, kept my house clean, made it easy, gave a 2 year guarantee on the rodding job, which had required a thorough and deep rodding, gave the guarantee, even though they said that it is likely to come up again in that time, and also gave very fair estimate about a bigger job that will fix the problem, of which they said they would apply the rodding cost towards. It can be miserable dealing with these sorts of issues, and they were very positive and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more."

"Un-clogged a totally closed bathtub drain, worked hard on a nonworking faucet handle until he explained that it was irreparable and required replacement by the manufacturer. He identified a problem in the toilet tank and went out to buy a new handle. He didn't charge for his time shopping or for the cost of the handle."

"Paul was excellent. He even went above and beyond to check my sump pump to make sure it’s runnjnv well. He was on time, quick and clean."

"Repair guy was nice and did good work. Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
