He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best."

It’s not necessary to tip appliance installers, but it is a nice gesture to show your appreciation for their hard work. It’s especially a good idea if your team has to haul your appliance up stairs or through tight areas and around corners without damaging your home. Tipping each installation team member between $10 and $15 is a great way to thank them for a job well done.
