They showed up on time and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. On top of that, there was a problem with some wood door frames that had had cracking paint. Carlos' crew painted them and had the same problem. Carlos came out himself and scraped and sanded the frames BY HAND, and painted them again, correctly. He started on a Friday with one other crew member and carefully taped up plastic barriers to prevent the construction dust from spreading. They also fixed drywall taping in the kitChen ceiling without bumping up the quote. They were prompt each day until the repairs were complete.
