Very easy to work with, fast quality work

CertaPro Painters of Chicago did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. TL’s team was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We’ve received multiple compliments on their work by friends and family. Highly recommend them for all your painting needs!

The team of painter assigned to our project were not the best painters. Communication between them and the general contractor was not the best. If it wasn't for total vigilance on our part they would have done a horrible job. The job did get done to our satisfaction, but it should have not been so stressful. Get everything in writing and always pay in installments, it's the consumers main leverage.

The team was amazing!!!!  They did such a great job and were so polite and professional.  I was available to be home during the process, but they made sure to keep me in the loop if there were any questions about my color choices.  They were so detailed and did such a great job.  I really enjoyed working with them and most of all, felt very comfortable with them being in my home when I wasn't even there.  The paint looks amazing and made such a big different to the look of our home.

They started the work and did it really good for the first two days, but the third  and fourth day it seems to me that they were running out of time and were working in a rush, so the work in the third floor was not the same quality than the first and second floor the first two days: a clean, careful and nice painting. I can not say the same about the painting in the third floor: too many details, a lamp hanging in the bathroom, power and light switches painted (which means they did not take them out), my wood floor splattered with paint. Maybe they estimated wrongly the time they needed  to have all the house painting. Other than that, they did a good job.

Jay Finnegan and the CertaPro team have been extremely professional and efficient since we first contacted them in August of 2014. After several months of house projects, we were finally able to have CertaPro finish the final touches in our 2 bathrooms. Not only was the team punctual; they took extra measures to make sure our floors were properly covered to avoid any damage prior to beginning the work. They were able to finish some major blemishes on the walls and ceilings of the bathrooms, and still complete the painting job near perfect in less than 7 hours. Needless to say, we highly recommend CertaPro - and will continue to use their services for future painting projects.

Exceptional and professional service. It is refreshing to experience someone deliver the service and quality they promised. The Cedar siding was in dire need of attention. The task of restoring the appearance of the building was completed only when I was completely satisfied. No questions asked.
From the first inquiry Jay was prompt with responses and solutions to the concerns/questions I raised. Although the cost was a little bit higher than some prior bids, it was Jay who gave me the confidence that I had the right people for the job. And they did not disappoint.
Crew was attentive to detail, prompt, courteous, and careful to remove debris.   
Plus, they stand behind their work! Recent high wind activity caused a repair to come undone...and they returned to fix it!
