We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away.
