Once they got here it didn't take long for them to blow in the foam insulation. They only had two guys and they were quick. The one blowing it in show me what he does and explained it to me. Very nice people.

USA Insulation came out and blew in the pink stuff up to R49. The crew arrived on time, was professional and very thorough with what they were going to do before starting, communicating during of their progress and then a 'show and tell' after the work was completed. Cleanup afterwards let my house cleaner than before they showed up and only took them around 1 1/2 - 2hrs from start to finish (for a 1425 sq ft attic). The entire process, from start to finish, exceeded my satisfaction and we will most certainly be recommending USA Insulation to our friends and family.

Showed up to do project, after I had sent them $500 in down payment. Workers refused to do work! Said they could not do it! Got another company and had no problem doing project! I would never call them for anything!

After a deeper inspection of the area, our crew did not feel comfortable that they could complete the install adequately. Sometimes these decisions have to be made depending on the circumstances, and we refunded your deposit once that decision was made. We have a 125 year old Victorian house and they were able to take care of her like it was their own! They were great to work with! Very hard working crew and got the job done in a timely manner! I highly recommend this company!

Many customers call only wanting a certain service done, but after speaking to the consultant and learning how the house works as a system, are given options to do what they first wanted or to get to the root of the problem to make a more comfortable, energy efficient house."
