We called two places ADT Authorized Dealer - Safe Haven and New Security INC. Bill Wood from ADT Authorized Dealer approached us in August 2019 after buying new house. Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. Bill's smile, genuine personality and willingness to teach difficult subjects to us made him the clear choice a 2nd time this summer when we installed ADT. They also added a cost for a sliding bath seat that my grandmother said she never even asked for, and after I reviewed the specs I realized it's free standing and doesn't need to be installed. But, again, there was no detail provided to help me understand why this additional work was added to the estimate.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
