And yes they had to work at , running a smaller cutter . Then they went up in size to the large one , granted it took some time . But it was done in 45 minutes give or take. He shows up by himself worked at it for about 5 minutes started having problems I get all the others have had causing some help I thought they were just loading up the machine apparently never got through this to the center line gave up on it immediately and wanted to get paid which I did. Never even tried to run it back and forth like MasterRooter just poor work. manship and attitude. At 265 for the first 30 minutes, one person and then just give up in the first 10 minutes. Master policy is 225 for as long as the job takes and if they can not get it they charge you $100 and of course they got it . Did four runs to the main . They never even pulled out a root "

"Completely waste of time and money! I asked my wife to call MB Heating and Cooling because of good reviews from folks and we had an issue with water leaking from the condenser unit of the heat pump in the house. I had already taken apart the PVC piping to the drain because it was clogged and used a shop-vac to suck up the water and to suck out the clogged PVC piping. Problem was in putting everything back together - I didn't have the right tools to keep the pipes from leaking and I wanted to be able to maintenance the plumbing periodically so it stays free of clogs in the future. When the MB guy (Elberg, Robert) came out, he looked at the problem and said it needed to be glued to stop from leaking or replace parts of it with compression fittings. I can't believe the guy left WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM and expected full price payment for his opinion. I already knew what the problem was and was willing to pay for this to be fixed! This was completely NOT ACCEPTABLE and I am mad."

The contractor contacted me promptly, followed with an onsite visit and same day estimate. I determined to consider options of pursuing the projects in 2024 or Spring of 2025 over 3 months, finally agreeing to complete in October of 2024. Once the contract was approved and signed the craftsman arrived for overview of the project and arranged to begin promptly advising me of an expected time frame for completion, considering weather and season of this year. "Mike quoted the needed repairs. I accepted his quote, and gave the OK to start work. At the end of the first day, Mike came to me and said he missed some rotted wood on the project and that if I wanted it fix it would be an extra $350.00 plus the cost of the additional supplies. This put the project way over budget, and higher than several other offers. All three days of work, Mike showed up late. He texted me the first day saying he needed to drop his son off at school. Fine, but to show up between 10:00am - 10:30am is bad business especially after sending me a text saying you had no other obligations and was going to show up at 8:00am. And worst of all called and texted me with his personal number to avoid Angi list checking on the project. My wife and I are upset with the whole project. Prior to Mike completing his project, he was asked to look at the sill plate on the sun porch. He He attempted to look at it and said he would need to remove a lower panel to get in order to inspect it properly and quote the price. He stated that he would have to leave ok at it the next day when he had his tools with. He never quoted us the sill plate price or removed the lower panel for inspection services."
