The repairs were done, but had to take the car back because something needed corrected.
However, when I picked my car up it was severly dented in the back bumper. They provided me an estimate for body work on the bumper to repair the damage done by their shop. I was furious. Then I was lied to by Gary and told that Tom was out of town, later I saw Tom driving around in Sherman. Gary told me Tom would call me monday to discuss damage, but never received a call, never talked to Tom, he never would be available when I called.
Damage was over $2000 to repair. I had been a loyal customer since 2008, but I had to take my business elsewhere.
Never Again!!!
