I’m never disappointed when Shawn and Josh come to clean my apt. They both are knowledgeable, hard working and overall compassionate. Each time they’ve come, and it’s been numerous times-they are sympathetic about the reason they have to come and clean our units, which is due to sewer backups, and they always offer me booties as well. If the owners and management of my complex had half of compassion for their residents like Josh and Shawn-we wouldn’t continue to have these issues. Thank you NuEra for having such awesome employees-it says a lot about the values of your company. On 10/10/23 Josh returned as he said he would to clean my carpet-he kept his word and did a great job, I was also pleased with his co-worker Luis, he was pleasant and very professional.

I hired NuEra to paint my kitchen cabinets. Erick and Naftali did a truly excellent job. Erick in particular, who spent the most time at my apartment, was extremely meticulous. He even insisted on painting two cabinets with different finishes for me, to begin, just so I could compare them side by side to be sure I liked my choice. He also took great care to keep my apartment clean--much cleaner than after the last time I hired someone to do work in my apartment. 100 percent recommend.

Kitchen Remodel
I hired NuEra to remodel my kitchen and they did a great job with it. It was a complete remodel that involved redoing the floor plan, replacing the plumbing, new doors and cabinets and more. Naftali and David were absolutely top notch. Dedicated, skillful, responsive and professional. I know I have found a trusted business for my home improvement needs in the future

I have to say that the crew I worked with were fantastic. On time, listened,asked questions, and basically worked flawlessly. They cleaned up every night and they made me feel that I was in good hands. I have not had this kind of work done before, so thought they were a bit pricey. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I plan to hire them again for a future job. A special thank you to David and Nefti.

STAY AWAY FROM NuEra UNLESS YOU WANT TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO FIGHT THEM ABOUT FINISHING THE WORK. I hired NuEra to paint a condo of mine and they billed me before the work was finished claiming they were done. I have text messages that show the scope of work â All walls, and ceilings. They refused to paint all the ceilings in the unit, picked and chose which part of the stairways to paint and when I told them I was not paying the bill until the work was complete, Stephanie Reynolds threatened to call an attorney on me. We ended up in a legal battle. Please, please, please choose another company unless you want a truly miserable experience.

Interior Painting or Staining
This was the worst painting experience we ever had. They told us it would be one week, and they were there for five. We did not even have them do everything cause we wanted them to be done. They were sloppy getting paints drips everywhere. The quality was horrible.

Had my walls and kitchen cabinets painted and the work they do is quite literally a breath of fresh air. Picking out a color and getting the work done just seemed easy. The quality of the paint is good and finish? Heck, I will be looking to them again if I ever need anything done in the future.

We hired this company to do some housekeeping work and painting on our WHOLE house... and I can not say enough good things! From the second I called to book my appointment, the woman on the phone was friendly and accommodating. We were able to book my appointment within the same week! The gentleman who showed up to complete these services were prompt, efficient, and so polite! I appreciate all of the work they did and am so thankful to have had such a positive experience with this extremely intimidating project at my house.
