Had my roof and gutters damaged by hail and wind. My roof was 18 years old. My insurance only wanted to give me money to patch and replace sections of roofs and gutters. We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. Highly recommend company and make sure you use them with your insurance companies. Make sure you ask for "Phil" he will walk you threw the process and deliver you a great experience.

I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction.

Titan Construction Enterprises Inc. from Plainfield IL has done an Outstanding Beautiful Job on our home!!! We could not be happier with the outcome of the entire project this company has done for us! They replaced the Roof on our home & shed with GAF HDZ Shingles in a beautiful Charcoal, also replaced our Soffit, Fascia and Gutters. This company also has redesigned and replaced the entire deck with TREX composite decking, and they also painted the garage, front & back door. The final outcome of the entire project is just Stunning!!! The hard working crew made sure to cover everything up for us and nicely cleaned everything up after each day of work! Titan did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. Due to ventilation issues in my attic, much of the plywood decking had to be replaced, making for a longer and harder job than expected. Titan worked hard and fast until the job was complete and they talked me through the improved ventilation plan. They also stayed much longer than I expected to clean up debris and collect every last nail. Great job Titan!

Highly responsive and responsible. Thorough in assessing the current state and recommending what needed to be done. Where items came up during the project they addressed them timely. Steve did an excellent job in pulling all the work together. Highly recommend.

Installation couldn't have gone better. The actual construction crew was prompt, courteous and professional. And when they left all construction debris was cleaned up .

$1300 for a hour of work that wasn't even done right. Sales guy was great which only thing good.

I don't know a huge amount about the do's and don'ts of roofing, but it appeared the crew was careful and attentive to detail; applying caulk where appropriate, etc. The crew cleaned up the yard and a waste hauler came within an hour of completion to take away the minimal amount of scrap created. The crew was on time and courteous. The sales staff and office contacts were helpful and punctual in answering questions. Without hesitation, I would hire them again.

Everything went really well. Steve was very thorough with the contract and took his time. He's very friendly! There were no hidden fees or surprises. Titan was punctual and always communicated well, which can be hard to find with contractors. Day of, they showed up exactly when they said they would. They finished in one day (we have a sizeable roof) and cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend Titan.

I recently found out that I had storm damage to my roof. I contacted my insurance company and the adjuster came out and verified the damage, providing me with what I needed to get the roof repaired. After checking around, I contracted with Titan Construction to replace the roof on my home. This company is great to work with. Start to finish was 5 stars! They were extremely professional in every way. First the owner of the company, Leszek Gurgul, came out to review what the insurance company said needed to be done. He explained in detail what they were going to do and how the job would be done. I had a number of questions which were answered clearly and succinctly. I was given a start date for the roof replacement and on that day the crew arrived on time. There were five guys sent to do the roof replacement. The guy in charge was very professional. He once again told me what they were going to do and started working promptly. They worked throughout the day taking care not to cause any damage to the area below my roof. Tarps were put down to protect flowers, shrubs and to catch the debris of the old roof. They worked tirelessly until the job was completed. When they were done, it was like they weren't ever there. My house looked great with the new roof. No garbage was left lying about. They cleaned up everything. Clearly, I would recommend Titan Construction as a quality company. I'll be recommending Titan to my friends and neighbors as a reputable company to do business with.

It went fantastic! I was told it would be about a week and a half before they could start work. It was about 5 days after the estimate when they called in the morning and said they could do it that afternoon. Derrick arrived on time and started right away. What a nice man. He did the work and then showed me pictures of the work that was done. When the roof needs replaced in a couple of years I will definitely call Titan.

Kelly in the office is great. She got everything setup for me. Everyone arrived on time and worked for two days through cold/rainy weather. The workers were very professional, friendly and made sure ask for my opinion where able (i.e. Which wood surface to show on posts - smooth or rough). They cleaned up everything when done. My only advice for improvement would be responding more attentively and quickly for estimates and quotes.

Previously there were problems with a representative, however the owner came out and fixed the problems and apologized for the past representatives actions. So, now I am a much happier customer.

I am extremely happy with my choice. The quality of the product, warrantee and workmanship by Titan are excellent. It was easy to set up an appointment for an inspection and estimate. Lester, owner, supervisor and salesman, came to my home with samples and all the information I needed to make my choice simple and without stress. Lester is friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job. Lester and his crew were punctual, thorough and hardworking. They were careful to protect my property from old roof waste and cleaned up to perfection, when they were done. They did extra repair without charge and did not ask for payment until all the work was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Titan Construction and am considering them to do my siding and windows in the near future.

They have been nothing but great. They were on time. They completed in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. We had a small back and forth over the dryer vent cover, but that was resolved quickly.

Mike Gill, Account Mgr., came out to survey what needed to be done last fall. We scheduled the work for this Spring and the two contractors arrived right at the appointed time. The lead contractor, Derrick, confirmed what work I wanted completed and then him and the second contractor, Ralph, got to work. They worked hard the entire time and worked with me to get the most out of my 4 hours. For instance, I wanted the wood rot replaced and the boards with just paint damage, cleaned and re-painted. I wanted them to concentrate on the wood rot and then the 2nd story painting, since I can handle painting on the lower level. They accommodated that request with no issues. Cleaned up well when they were finished. Very happy with the work Derrick and Ralph completed. They even sprayed a wasp nest and removed it off of a second floor eave!

Initially the work was done on time and looked fine. We later found out that the flashing was not installed properly in certain areas. This led to cracks in the EIFS and higher moisture level in the dryvit exterior walls and windows below the areas with flashing problems. Total damages will run us $30K to fix. When paying $37K to replace a roof you don't expect there to be another $30K in downstream problems. We have had Titan review the inspection reports and talk to the inspector and dryvit repair company at length. We are attempting to negotiate a settlement of damages but it is taking a very long time. I hope Titan does the right thing in taking care of this problem to protect their own reputation and quality of work.

Those guys were terrible. I had asked that they give me some feedback on their findings, and would send me a picture of what they saw. It was back and forth, and it was a waste of time. I thought the interaction was good, but they didn't follow-up. If they had followed up, they would have gotten the sale. I never got the results of it. There was nothing else done because, I never got any feedback. I don't know what I got for what I paid. They did the inspection when I wasn't there, so I don't know if they were punctual. I thought they were professional except for no follow-up.

Titan was polite and professional at every step of the process. Their clean-up after construction was excellent.

I want to start by saying that I'm not a big fan of writing critical reviews as I don't believe anyone gets out of bed in the morning with the intent of doing a bad job, but given the peril this situation has left my house and family in I feel compelled to share my experience. Based on my Angie's List search and rating, I reached out to Titan based a leaking bay window. Given there was (and still is) window, drywall and roofing damage I was happy to find Titan so I could work with one company. At first, I was impressed with the person they sent as he was very comprehensive in the initial visit, not only pointing out the issue which lead to the leaking window but also spend quite a bit of time on the roof identifying some other issues which we are anxious to fix. I also indicated interest in skylight replacement. He indicated there may be an insurance claim, but he'd need to investigate. Though these repairs were not contingent on an insurance claim, if there was a claim I thought "why not, all the better as long as it's enough to justify a claim". Regardless, I was clear when the rep left that this does not hinge on insurance and we needed to act quickly. At my request, the rep was nice enough to apply some caulking to a gap between the window and siding as a temporary measure. Before he left, I affirmed we're totally on board and to send an estimate ASAP. However, when the Titan representative left that day it would be the last time I would have the opportunity to talk to him. After several follow up calls and game of voicemail phone tag I finally gave up. I was very puzzled as these are not inexpensive repairs we're talking about and over a month has past. As for the bay window, it's important to note that it was made clear to me that while Titan is one company, there is virtually no continuity or collaboration between the roofing, windows and interior repair groups which led me to having to work with each individually. The Titan window guy showed up a week or so later to take a look at things, but said he only does the windows. I was pleased with his knowledge, but was confused that after sharing my story about the initial Titan rep, he said they "we're two separate entities within Titan and there wasn't much he could do to intervene." The window rep came back a week or so later to look at the outside of the window and on 1/11/16 I received a voice mail that he had some pricing quotes. I asked him about interior drywall repairs and he said that was not his department that I would need to work through that side of Titan. Though there were two missing pieces in the overall repair, I texted him, as we had previously established text communication asking him to email me the quote and as of 1/25/16 I've received nothing, not even a follow-up voicemail. So, here I am with a window situation that has not been touched in a month, no closer to protecting my house than before. We were prepared to spent a rather serious amount of money and indicated on more than one occasion that if they did a good job that we have over 21 windows we plan to start replacing in the near future. Despite all of this... nothing. I write this review to help consumers understand how Titan operates and to hopefully avoid the stress and frustration of working with a company that doesn't seem to want to work with you. I'm going to try Angie's List again to see if I get lucky this time.

It was exceptional. They did an incredible job. They did everything I asked them to do, and they did it very well.
