DO NOT USE AQUASTREAM! Kim never answers the phone and when she calls back she Is RUDE. Tech came out 2 times and was asked to go through the tub thoroughly to confirm the issue was repair and it was not. I spent over $1K with them without being repaired. Office out of a house and tech shows up in a old beat up mini van. I cant believe the manufacture would recommend such a crappy company. I finally called Hot tub services Inc. and they cam out in 3 days and completely repaired the problem for much less money.

Many different diagnosis, was told that someone else had worked on tub, (not true), replaced parts, was told that a pump was bad, (not true), $600 later still not fixed. Bought a new pump, called, but wife was angry because i did not but from them. Called twice and was told that if Brian ever came this way again, he may stop over and finish the job. Needless to say i did find someone else to work on my tub, sooo glad. I can't believe that they're still in business....

They gave a fair assessment of repair versus remove spa. They removed it professionally and without damage to my property. They took care to make sure they left electric wiring properly protected.
The second time they came, they were later than their promised window.
I was happy with their service and can recommend.

This was an excellent experience. We had called him out to fix a problem that had been made worse by another company. Couldn't have had a better result. Would use him again!
