Aqua Stream Spa Repair Inc

DO NOT USE AQUASTREAM! Kim never answers the phone and when she calls back she Is RUDE. Tech came out 2 times and was asked to go through the tub thoroughly to confirm the issue was repair and it was not. I spent over $1K with them without being repaired. Office out of a house and tech shows up in a old beat up mini van. I cant believe the manufacture would recommend such a crappy company. I finally called Hot tub services Inc. and they cam out in 3 days and completely repaired the problem for much less money.

Many different diagnosis, was told that someone else had worked on tub, (not true), replaced parts, was told that a pump was bad, (not true), $600 later still not fixed. Bought a new pump, called, but wife was angry because i did not but from them. Called twice and was told that if Brian ever came this way again, he may stop over and finish the job. Needless to say i did find someone else to work on my tub, sooo glad. I can't believe that they're still in business....

Called the manufacture of my tub and asked for the local authorized repair company in my area. Was told Aqua Stream was the authorized rep for my tub. Called twice and left a message ( one answers the phone) someone called 4 days later and said that they couldn't come for two weeks out because they were too busy shutting down tubs for the winter. I said I would call them again as I figured Id find another company to service the tub. Called the factory again and they could give me anyone in the area that they recommend to service the tubs so I figured I wait. I called two weeks later 3 times and left messages and now one called back. So therefore I never used them but obviously cant recommend them as they seem to pick and chose who they service.

They gave a fair assessment of repair versus remove spa. They removed it professionally and without damage to my property. They took care to make sure they left electric wiring properly protected. The second time they came, they were later than their promised window. I was happy with their service and can recommend.

This was an excellent experience. We had called him out to fix a problem that had been made worse by another company. Couldn't have had a better result. Would use him again!
