He was friendly, respectful or me, my cats, and everything in my house, cleaned up after himself, explained everything well, and even spent a few extra minutes talking to me about other products, and would have gladly kept going until I told him to go enjoy his family time. It is obvious he likes what he does. Additionally, the work he did was also great. I love the way the end product looks. It's not as bold of a mirror effect outside as I expected, which is a good thing, because I was worried it would bounce the sun over to my neighbors across the street. I could not be more pleased. There is nothing I would change about how things went. After such a great experience, I immediately requested and accepted a quote for my outside windows to be cleaned next week and I'm confident another great review awaits. "Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
