"I had to install the system and call on line support for help. The instructions were vague. I had a lot of problems with installing the door and window sensors even with online help. The literature that was received also was not helpful. I need an instruction manual!"

"Nick was great to work with.  He completely understood what we were looking for and provided us with great looking shutters and blinds.  He arrived on time to do both the estimate and and the installation, and the work he did was top notch.  What impressed me the most was his knowledge of the available products and options and his ability to explain everything for us so we could make an educated decision.  The prices were good, and the quality was excellent.  Everything fit the windows perfectly and they look great.  Even though we are pretty handy and do projects around our house, this was a far better choice than buying them online or at a local store and trying to do the installation ourselves.  I would highly recommend Nick and Window Visions for anyone looking for shutters, blinds, or shades.
