He was friendly, respectful or me, my cats, and everything in my house, cleaned up after himself, explained everything well, and even spent a few extra minutes talking to me about other products, and would have gladly kept going until I told him to go enjoy his family time. "For the past 3 weeks I have had 1 window per week broken in my condo building by neighborhood troublemakers.  Each time I called Steve at Busy Bee in the middle of the night and he sent his workers out to board up the broken windows.  They arrived every time within 1 hour of my call.  Always very professional and competent in their work, they did some little extras like sweeping up small pieces of glass from the sidewalk before leaving.  I hope I won't have to keep having windows boarded up, but if I do, I am confident that Busy Bee will be there to protect the security of my home.
