He was friendly, respectful or me, my cats, and everything in my house, cleaned up after himself, explained everything well, and even spent a few extra minutes talking to me about other products, and would have gladly kept going until I told him to go enjoy his family time. It is obvious he likes what he does. Additionally, the work he did was also great. I love the way the end product looks. It's not as bold of a mirror effect outside as I expected, which is a good thing, because I was worried it would bounce the sun over to my neighbors across the street. I could not be more pleased. There is nothing I would change about how things went. After such a great experience, I immediately requested and accepted a quote for my outside windows to be cleaned next week and I'm confident another great review awaits.
