"He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. After the visual inspection, he said we didn't need further testing which saved us a lot of money. He provided a thorough explanation for all of my questions and concerns. He also checked all the areas I was concerned with which included some cutting and removing of quarter round. This was a free estimate. Based on his integrity and knowledge, I would definitely hire him in the future."

"Easy to work with. Followed up on questions when asked, on time to provide estimate. Crew was on time to install the insulation. they took the time to remove items in the area so they would not get sprayed. This was all put back after the job was done. very neat and tidy. A pleasure to work with."

"I submitted for insulation quote on Friday and Neil called and came Saturday for estimate. They completed the work on that following Friday, one week later! Already notice a difference in the comfort levels in areas of the house. Before there were 5-8 degree differences in certain rooms, now those rooms are only 1-2 degrees cooler than rest of house. We will be able to turn 4 space heaters throughout the house off now. Should offset the cost of install pretty quickly. Thanks Neil Umphress Construction!"

"The roof replacement went very well. What I really liked was the service by the owner. When I told him I was having leaks he came out the same day to tarp my roof because we were expecting rain. That was above and beyond. To be fair, one of the installers accidentally cut my cable when removing an old satellite dish. But the owner responded right and was ready to make things right.
It was a real pleasure working with Zac and his crew.
