He provided a thorough explanation for all of my questions and concerns. He also checked all the areas I was concerned with which included some cutting and removing of quarter round. "I submitted for insulation quote on Friday and Neil called and came Saturday for estimate. They completed the work on that following Friday, one week later! Already notice a difference in the comfort levels in areas of the house. Before there were 5-8 degree differences in certain rooms, now those rooms are only 1-2 degrees cooler than rest of house. We will be able to turn 4 space heaters throughout the house off now. Should offset the cost of install pretty quickly. Thanks Neil Umphress Construction!"
