"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"I had Joel and team do my siding 10 years ago and was thrilled with the time and care they spent during that build. Very easy to work with, excellent quality, timely, very professional. I recently had a couple pieces of siding blow off in a bad wind storm so I called Joel to schedule a service appointment to fix it. He offered to warranty the work even though it had been 10 years. His team even had to remove the entire gable worth of siding and reapply it due to the type of the siding and it cost me NOTHING! They stand by their work and I am incredibly grateful.
