We had baseboards and flooring installed in multiple rooms, they didn't install the materials I ordered and paid for, I paid for primed pine baseboards to match the rest of the house, they installed particle board. They didn't even finish installing the baseboards in the laundry room, which we discovered when replacing our appliances a year later! They nailed baseboard a foot back on the side walls, but didn't continue it down the wall or behind the washer and dryer! But I was charged for linear foot installation, so I was charged for the full amount. Also, they cut the floor boards too short and there's about a one inch gap between the floor boards and the transition strip. I called them at the end of May to have them come out and look at these issues, now I've been jerked around after 6 appointments and cancelled on again today, it's August! I seriously do not want to continue to take off of work to sit at my house for a contractor that doesn't show up for 8 hours. Six different times with the manager and contractor! How can your service be this bad??

Installed a floor they provided materials and the install. Great experience. I compared them to others who tried to upsell us. Got us a great product for our budget. It was delivered in 72 hours. Our installer was great at communicating and the work was on time and on budget.
