"Mike has been an excellent friend and worker for me. I'm so thankful to have found him to take charge of returning a rental house into a prospective home to list on the market. He does great work, responds and communicates well. He's surprised me on a couple of occasions by taking care of some items I thought would require many more dollars to hire a contractor. I didn't mention I live 2,000 miles away from the rental, so it's been a godsend to have Mike onboard. Great guy, does great work."

Sloppy detail work see photos. I want the work completed but I don?t want him back in my house. Please do not hire. Menards didn?t even want him in there store anymore.
