We immediately investigated what happened to your request for an estimate. We looked through the email thread that was sent between us and your request. We did sent you an email asking if you'd like for our estimator to come take a look at your project so we can give you an appropriate quote. Unfortunately, we never heard back a confirmation from you that somebody will be home for our estimator to meet. From our past experience with potential clients before, if a potential client doesn't respond to a time that we allocate for them, that usually means they had already found another contractor that best fits their needs or that the time was not convenient for them and we totally respect that. We wouldn't want our estimator to show up and surprising potential clients and showing up unannounced. [Member Name Removed], would you please look through your email thread and see if your email that you sent went through because it didn't go to our inbox? And if you still would like for us to come and take a look at your project, we would be glad to do so. I will also forward your email and review to Angie's List because this could be something that could be a server issue and maybe there was an issue with emails not going through on that particular day?
