"I bought an Angie's List Deal for $200 for 8 hours of painting from Pride Decorating.  Joe returned my call promptly and came out that same day to take a look at the space and let me know what would be feasible during the time period that I had paid for.  He called me a couple days later to schedule.

However, simply painting or plastering over the damage is only a temporary solution that doesn't address the core problem.
