  It was scheduled 10 days earlier for Jan. 2 at 10:30am. My tenant got a message on Jan. 1 saying the pro wouldn't be available till Jan. 3 at 6pm which means the pro would be in the house working till 10pm! We HAD to login into their app to reschedule. We were about to cancel it because we were told no one was available for our scheduled time frame, and we didn't feel comfortable with how it went by then when they told us the same pro would come at the original time. She came around 11am, did an "ok" job, and asked for "gas money". It's "strange" as my tenant put it. And the only to reschedule or check their schedule is using their app, which I found it very inconvenient
