We signed a contract for GeoLock Anchor System foundation repair the end of October. Late January was the earliest the work could be scheduled. When the installers arrived they determined that the estimator had made an error on the number of braces required. Then after they began the work, they decided due to soil conditions that they had to switch to the PowerBrace Anchor system instead. Understandable. A couple of days after the installation, I contacted the company asking for an updated copy of the contract and warranty that listed the acutal system that was installed. 54 days, several calls, and several emails later, I still have not received the corrected documentation that I requested and have not received any reasonable explanation for the delay. I am extremely disappointed with this poor customer service and would not recommend.

I hired Quality Waterproofing to extend a buried downspout/sump pump drain that was poorly placed by a competitor 4 years ago. The competitor placed the pop up drain 10 feet from the house in a low spot, which created a swamp. Quality did an A+ job fixing the problem. They were timely, professional and UNDER budget. Very honest and high quality work. They even did some extra sodding and dirt work at no charge.

WHY WOULD I DO THAT... TOTALLY WAIT OF TIME.... THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN THEY SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT.. AND NOT WASTE MY TIME... HOW CAN THEY DO AN ESTIMATE WITHOUT SEEING THE PROJECT... THEY WANT THE INFORMATION WE GOT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY Instead of coming out and doing the footwork for the estimate.
