Mark was extremely pleasant. He gave us several options for repairs. He fit us in to his tight schedule because we were in a bind. I will definitely refer my friends to this repair shop. He was honest and fair.

These guys are pros...I've been using their services for over 5 years and I have never been let down...whether their servicing my truck, my son's SUV or my wife"s car...they can do it all with complete professionalism and they explain everything in an easy to understand manner and look for ways to save you money with the highest quality of care...I would not and will not take my vehicles anywhere else...nor do I hesitate when recommending their service to friends and family members.

They are excellent! They are very honest. They found the problem with the car and went about it the most affordable way when they could have told me I need a whole muffler system so I was very happy with that. I will go back to them anytime. I would recommend them to anybody.

Once Mark found out what the problem was he called with two options. One would have been a very expensive fix and the other he said was very affordable and would work just as effectively. Every time I have to take one of my fleet vehicles to Mark he is honest and never does any final repairs without calling and getting the ok first I recommend Marks Mufflers to everyone!

I have used their services for about 2 years now. I trust them to give me good suggestions and advice! They are very knowledgeable and if I have a certain problem with my car they will diagnose it and then give me a good recommendation of a mechanic to take it to. They don't tell you to repair something that doesn't need it.
