"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. They are awesome! I rate them 10 out of 10."

"We called Pure Maintenance when we discovered mold in our attic and they were very responsive to our Angi request. They came out promptly, did a thorough review and provided photos of the mold extent. Unfortunately, they were not able to perform all of the services we wanted to have done so we opted for a different provider. I would recommend them for light mold restoration - everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional."

"Overall I was satisfied with hiring this company, as my main concern was where did the mold come from (and if it came from my 2 yo roof and I needed to file a warranty claim, then I'd need the paperwork for that). The home inspector who did the inspection was very thorough and managed to also give us other useful pointers which helped out. In the end, the final report we got was a bit oversold on what it would look like and be used for (the remediator gave us the same recommendation without us spending the money to get this), but it gave us the piece of mind that it wasn't the result of the new roof, so I'd have to say the value was there. The only issue I had was a scheduling snafu which made me have to reschedule, which really extended the time it took to get this completed. I would recommend hiring them, though."

When there was an issue later down the road on where the window could be placed because we didn’t know where some of our lines were under ground be came back and reevaluated and came up with a plan. We had to change our entire floor plan for this window but it’s ok it wasn’t there fault it’s all going to work out in the end."
