Our inspection report was provided the same day and the radon test results were provided as soon as they were available. He let us know what he wasn't able to check because there were tenants living in the house. He gave us his honest opinion on the house when we asked him. Asbestos is commonly found in certain older homes, depending on the time period in which they were built.
