Brian Gould came out and helped us to know the best solution for our basement issues and was most pleasant and respectful the whole time we discussed what we needed. Brian came out 2 weeks before to check if we were ready and if we had any other questions about what would be done. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. The crew that came out to install the waterproofing consisted of Cory, Alex, and Jose and they were the most pleasant people to work with. They are amazing and did awesome work and I hope they are the ones to come out to add the wall bracings next week. "Called company on Monday and got an appointment for an inspection on Wednesday. That following Monday, the technician arrived and went through each step is sealing off the concrete foundation to the water leak. The fix worked well and was put to the test with the recent record rains. Not one drop of water came into the basement."

They replaced another outside faucet, and I had to fix a sump pump piping, they replaced the drain pipe for the secondary sump pump,  and I had to do some repair work on the bath tub. I paid 700 Dollars.The quality of service was good. It took them a while to get back to me, I guess they may be busy. He cancelled once, and showed up the second time. Very impressed with their work and their cleanup. I saw this as a difficult project but they completed without a problem. They even held to the quote after it was discovered the the repair was going to more extensive than we originally thought. We would definitely use them again."
