"There was an issue with the color match to the sheet provided with the kit. I contacted customer service, and their representative, Elaine, promptly and courteously responded and expedited a replacement pad of the correct color. The quality is great, and their customer service representative, Elaine, is outstanding. The pad quality is excellent, and is made to the exact dimensions. A great value to protect our table."

After the repair man came by for our first appointment, he also gave me a follow-up call to check and see if things were going ok with my ceiling fan light and he let me know that if I needed anymore help with my light to give him a call and he would come back out to check it out again and that made me feel great. This is a great company with great employees. Thank you for all of your help."
