"Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. "They were early, which is a plus in my book! Very professional and kind to my new and very timid puppy. Then they went to work and all I heard was machinery and hard work. Before I knew it, about an hour later, my house smelled so clean and my rugs were bright again. They are antique Orientals and I had an old dog who loved to lie on them. I waited until she passed to clean them. They sparkle with color now. The couch had a bath of red punch from the new dog and looks great and the futon also looks amazing. I will be requesting a return visit for them to clean my hardwood floors and am looking forward to that day. Ihave already told my mom to hire them, so that must say something. They are very good! "Very Disappointed! Hired for deep cleaning, got less than standard. Very pleasant man/woman team. Appreciated their call to inform of late arrival. Had already discussed projects needing to be done, narrowed on them and hired them to do deep clean on the kitchen only. Discussed again in person job was to clean kitchen only: wood cabiinets (inside and out) which all contents removed from; stainless appliances (clean exterior of refrigerator and dishwasher and interior and exterior of oven; clean ceramic tile floor and clean wall and ceiling of partially open small kitchen of which most wall space taken up with cabinets, window, patio door and open entrance to Living Room and Family Room. However, had to point out dust bunnies visible around bottom grill of refrigerator, also discovered dust web in/under cabinet, inside shelf not cleaned, sides of counter top/cabinet not done, floor just wiped. At end suddenly informed "we don't do walls" although never stated in previous conversations."
