"MaidPro has been cleaning for me once a month for 7 months. They have a checklist of things that they do to let you know what has and has not been done.  You are encouraged to evaluate the job each time using a handy feedback postcard that you can drop in the mail or you can go online. One time it appeared the job was rushed (things left out of place).  Because they encourage feedback, I told them about the problem and they promptly apologized.  It has not happened since then.  They are bonded and have a key so they can clean at a time when I am not home.  I get a call at least two days before to inform me when they are coming."
