"Richards provides quality work at a very reasonable price. Troy and his team were respectful, arrived when scheduled, and treated my property as if it was their own. Each day they left the area was clean of debris. The driveway was pitched for water runoff away from my house. There are no puddles in the driveway after a rain storm. I have Richards seal coat my driveway. Richards sprays the seal coat on the driveway. The drvieway looks like the seal coat was just sprayed on well over a year after the application."

If you see larger cracks and potholes, it may be time to consider resurfacing or replacement. Resurfacing is a great option if more than 25% of the surface is damaged, but if the damage is extensive—deep cracks or significant sinking—it’s best to replace the driveway entirely.
