This was our second experience with River Oak Cabinetry and Design and, like the bathroom remodel they did, this kitchen remodel was great! It's been a few months since completion and we have already received many complements from family, friends and neighbors that should be passed on to River Oak. Patty and Leo, the owners, once again took care of everything in a hands-on professional manner. They always communicated schedules, arrival times for subs and quickly responded to our questions or concerns. Since we had the kitchen gutted and several electrical changes and additions, it was a blessing to have them work with the electricians and city inspectors to make sure everything was properly installed; the changes were extensive. Kevin, the cabinet designer, came up with designs that allowed for double the cabinet space and Patty's overall design makes for a much more functional and comfortable kitchen. From the cabinet and hardware choices to the granite slab choices, Patty was there to help. Leo was not only supervising the cabinet, appliance and other installations he was working with the crew and after the cabinets were installed he worked diligently to tweak doors and drawers. Overall, it was once again a pleasure to work with River Oak and we know if we ever have any problems or need to change something they would be there for us.

We recently had our kitchen renovated by River Oak Cabinetry. We were satisfied with the attention to detail from start to finish. From the first meeting at our house to the final pictures being taken, communication was clear, professional, and timely. Patty listened to our wish list and made everything happen for us within our budget. Additionally, she had ideas that we hadn't thought of that matched exactly with our style and needs. Every meeting with her was fun and professional. Leo was delightful as well and his presence on the job site was appreciated. With River Oak, you don't have a crew manager or a subcontractor running your job. Patty and Leo personally oversee every part of the job. This sets them apart from other companies, and was a big reason why we chose to work with them. They were responsive to any concerns (we had few, and they were minor) that we had as the project was underway. Ultimately they finished under budget and ahead of schedule. What more could you ask for?

The team at River Oaks are the best. We were provided with a detailed timeline and breakdown of costs. The project was completed on time, even with a few minor schedule changes. We were given a realistic allowance to pick out items and were always kept informed if we were over or under. Patti helped us pick out lighting, counters, tile, cabinets and hardware. Our remodel was extensive and involved removing a wall and expanding the kitchen into the dinning room. The project was started on time and finished on time as well. The price was good for the work we had done. They job site was kept very clean and the end result was amazing! I would definitely use this company again.

Patty & Leo and their team were great! Started with a good design, and plenty of flexibility for my tastes & needs. From beginning to end Patty and Leo, the owners, were on the jobsite or in constant communications with information, plans for the work, or just checking how things were going with a crew or tradesman. Patty's designs and ideas were right on with what we wanted and she even worked with us and the tile-setters on layout and tile design. All the tradesmen, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, painting, glass, vanity top, etc. were all professional, friendly, courteous but most importantly, hard-working, punctual and respectful to our property. We have had several tradesmen work in our previous house but we found this crew to be exceptional. The only delay in the scheduling was the custom glass shower doors because the installers themselves discovered scratches in the glass before we even inspected them ourselves and said they would have new ones made without us even asking. They even offered to install the defective doors if we needed to use the shower before the new ones were made and installed. Overall, this was the best remodeling experience we have had. We wish we had used River Oak for the past 3 projects in previous homes.

We found River Oak Cabinetry & Design with a referral from a friend. They have done an excellent job with our kitchen remodel project. I always like to work with a small family owned business. Patti (owner) is the project manager. She is excellent to work with and is always accessible and prompt to return your message, email or call. From the start to the end, all the details were planned out so you know exactly what you will go through from a schedule and cost perspective. She held the schedule tightly and did everything within her control so idle times are kept to a bare minimum. The different trades people she used on the job are all highly trained professionals. They were very punctual and worked very hard. They clean-up everyday after their work. Leo (owner) is the master carpenter. He is meticulous and did all the cabinet installation and related wood work with great details and precision. Overall, we were very happy with the results and how our kitchen turned out. We will definitely used River Oak again in the future.

We recently hired River Oak Cabinetry to remodel a master bathroom and install hardwood flooring in the adjoining master bedroom and closet. We are well pleased with the design and workmanship of the job. They promised the job would be done in six weeks and they delivered on that promise. Leo and all the sub-contractors showed up on time, were polite,and cleaned up the mess when they were done for the day. Patty and Chris were extremely helpful in product and color selections.The hardwood floors perfectly match the existing hardwood floor that is adjacent to it. We would highly recommend them to a friend.

The kitchen was my only frustration with our 13 year old home. It didn't have enough storage or counter space. Working in it was very frustrating. I had a box store come in and give us an estimate but I wasn't happy with any of the results. I googled kitchen remodelers in our area and River Oak Cabinets came up. I read the reviews and looked at the pictures and made an appointment for Patty to come out and give us an estimate. She measured everything precisely and then gave us several layout options and several price points. Patty was extremely patient. Even after we had settled on a layout plan I had concerns about still not having enough storage and counter space and Patty came back out, re-measured and gave me more options. Patty was a genius with space planning, increasing the depth of our counters and putting extra cabinets at the back of our peninsula. She designed a wall of cabinets and drawers to answer my storage issues. Everything now has a place and is at my fingertips. The quality of the cabinets is fabulous. All the drawers are full extension and soft close. Patty walked us through all the design choices and we could not be happier with the final product.

Patty has an excellent eye for design and was very helpful. Leo has excellent carpentry skills. We were able to move back into the kitchen within the scheduled time for the project. Budgeting was good. We ended up replacing a dated electrical panel which we are glad we did. In some areas we were under budget so there was not a big surprise on extra costs. We have gotten compliments on the remodeling work.

The River Oak team did a remarkable design. This was such a major renovation I knew we needed help. I had spoken with numerous companies, and River Oak's designs were by far the best. Everyone from the designers to the contractors were professional and easy to work with. Everything was kept as clean as possible, and all surrounding areas were protected. Patty Rosignal was extremely helpful when it came to picking out everything from tile and cabinets to fixtures. This process was made very easy. The only glitch in this whole process was out of River Oak's control. The tile that was delivered did not match the samples from the tile company, so new tile had to be picked out. Everything turned out beautifully, and we would not change a thing. This is an honest company that will do the job the way it should be done. I would definitely recommend River Oak for ANY remodel project.

River Oak Cabinetry did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen in 2010. So when we decided to remodel our master bath, we knew exactly who we wanted to work with again. Patty was great at giving advice on the overall plan and look of our new bathroom. She kept in constant communication when scheduling subcontractors who were friendly, on time and accommodating to work with on our project. If any changes were made during the process, Patty was easily accessible when we had any questions during construction. Leo was also a pleasure to work with. He was so trustworthy that we had no problem allowing him to work in our home when we weren't able to be there. He always left the work site neat and orderly at the end of each day. Everything went as well as I possibly could have hoped. Patty helped me through the entire process and was very easy to work with. She helped me with the design of everything throughout the entire process, was very easy to get a hold of, and was very helpful with everything from beginning to end. All of the contractors they used were very professional and helpful and after every day of work everything was reasonably clean and picked up. There were just a couple of very minor problems through the project and Patty took care of everything and kept me informed and still finished the project on time. I'm very happy with the work now that it's been completed. Everything looks great and I haven't had any problems with anything so far. Everything was done with great quality and I'm so pleased with everything that was done. I will definitely look to River Oak in the future for any other projects I may have.

After meeting with several contractors, we decided on River Oak because we were impressed with their familiarity with houses in our neighborhood and the examples of their work that we were able to view. Patty was great to work with throughout the process. She helped us evaluate different layout options that would meet our goals and needs. She also provided a lot of thoughtful suggestions regarding materials, always keeping our preferences and budget in mind.
Once in the construction phase, we were also impressed with Leo. Leo and all the subcontractors were always pleasant and willing to answer any questions we had about the work. They adhered to the detailed schedule they gave us before the project began and were particularly mindful of certain timeframes that were very important to us. The project finished on time and within budget. Most of all, we are beyond thrilled with how it turned out. We expected great quality based on the prior projects and material samples we saw, but the finished product exceeded all of our expectations and hopes for our new kitchen.

Working with River Oak was an absolute pleasure. the next 20 or more years, but we really wanted to update the 30 year old kitchen.
Our idea was to break in to the adjoining dining room which would
increase the size by 120 square feet. We had no idea if that was even possible
taking plumbing, electrical and vents into consideration.
Patty at River Oak Cabinetry & Design came up with a design plan that gave us
everything we wanted. Before we committed, she had a plumber, electrician and Leo,
our general contractor come and look at the project. They figured everything out
and we got started.
They worked very closely with us through the whole remodel. We wanted a specific
oven/range that required a special venting system. They worked hard to make that
a reality. Patty went with me to three places before we found the granite that we wanted.
She helped put every aspect of the design together and we are thrilled with the results.
From the design process to the final results, we couldn't have
been happier. We knew it would be an 8 week project and everything ran
very smoothly. We were informed every day of who was arriving the next morning
and at what time. We felt confident leaving them to work alone while
running errands (or escaping the fumes from the flooring). All of the contractors kept the site as clean
as possible and were very professional. Leo's work on installing the cabinets
was excellent.
